Decision Making - Filmmakers needed to know the importance's of decision making when you are working with a company or someone that will want to decide on what they will say. When making decision they need to know what they say will impact more than the current decision and need to look what will happen from that decison.

-Paying Subjects/Interviewees. If you pay someone to do something for you like an interview you might undermine what you are saying or talking about. Knowing what the interviewee will say that relates to the content will be hard to know as they might get the questions before hand or on the set.

-Defamation – Someone reputation is hurt because of the content you have created in the documentation. So, when you release the footage check with the people included in the project before had.

-Copyright Issues – You need to include references and copyright information, so you do not get copyright claimed or get in trouble from companies. When quoting something you need to use  Quotation marks and if you are paraphrasing you do not need the quotation marks, but you will still need to include a reference to the original source.

-Consent/Release Forms – These is to make sure the content you have the right to keep the footage in and use the interview to make the video, also having everyone in the video give consent will make it be able to publish. If you do not have the consent, it could make our work false and future work people will not want to watch any of your content or not trust your content.
