-
Shot list - different times of things that are included. What shots will be used and different people that will be in the shot.
-
Storyboard – for everyone to look and work off when on set and before so they know what they might need to do or prepare for.
-
Location recce – look for the locations that may be picked and take photos to show the rest of the band.
-
Risk assessment - I there anything that might hurt or could hurt us that we need to look at is there anywhere we cannot take certain equipment but will have to look if it is suitable.
-
Schedule – arrange where and when there is a location meet and see if there is everyone available at a certain time and were.
-
Budget – there is not really a budget in the music video only things that will cost money is travel and food for the time filming if needed as we do not need to pay for the equipment we use.
-
Cast – this will be the band when they are performing or, if not other actors we ask to come in.
-
Crew – roles and responsibly that each crew member needs know what they are doing and when they must do it in order of which is the most important and must be done.
-
Call sheet this is what is given to everyone as a listen of what will happen where you need to go and what will happen and what we might film or do.
-
Equipment - Looking at what equipment we will need and use we will have to look at where we are filming to see what is most suitable for it and what type of shot it will be it will be stored and charged and formatted by one person, so it is all together.
